The "Fan-Shaped Nozzle (Fine Mist / Ultra Compact) SCBIMV.S" consists of four components: nozzle tip, core, cap, and adapter, and is a two-fluid fan-shaped nozzle that generates a fine mist with an average particle diameter of less than 30μm. It is an internal mixing type that atomizes by mixing compressed air and liquid inside the nozzle. (Compressed air flows in the center of the nozzle, while liquid flows around the periphery in an internal mixing air type.)
