The "LAB1000/2000" is a pressure homogenizer capable of emulsifying and dispersing with a uniform and fine average particle size, which is necessary for improving existing products and developing new ones. We offer two types: LAB1000, with a maximum pressure of 1,000 bar and a processing capacity of 22 L/h, and LAB2000, with a maximum pressure of 2,000 bar and a processing capacity of 11 L/h. The results of emulsification, dispersion, and cell disruption using this lab equipment can be fully reproduced in mass production machines. Moreover, in the laboratory, the LAB1000 can be pressurized up to a maximum of 1,000 bar, allowing tests with just 150 ml of sample. The LAB2000 can be pressurized up to a maximum of 2,000 bar, enabling tests with 100 ml of sample, making it possible to conduct low-cost sampling of various types.
