The "BA-6000" is a labeler that uses a bellows (a flexible rubber applicator) for suction adhesion, allowing for smooth and effortless attachment to recessed areas and soft substrates. It employs a synchronized suction method that slides the bellows while adhering to the label, in accordance with the label's release. The bellows can deform upon contact with the substrate in a short time, eliminating the need to stop the conveyor during label application.
