[On-Site Maintenance Service] ○ A service that provides product repair or replacement at the installation site when a malfunction occurs. ○ Two types: Basic and Advanced. ○ Reception and response hours: → Basic: Weekdays 9 AM - 5 PM (excluding holidays and year-end/New Year holidays). → Advanced: 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. ○ Service details: On-site repair and replacement work. ○ Service duration: 1 year for both Basic and Advanced. In 2001, we established "Future Cross Communications Co., Ltd." in Shibuya, Tokyo, and changed our company name to "FXC Co., Ltd." in 2003.
