【Notes on Service Use】 - The FXC products available for loan are one set. - The desired loan date will generally be set for one week after the request date, and depending on stock availability, it may take more than a week. Thank you for your understanding. - The loan period is generally two weeks from the arrival date. - The shipping address for the loan equipment is limited to within Japan. - The management of the loan equipment (including accompanying items) is the responsibility of the requester. - If any signs of disassembly are found, you will be required to purchase the product at the standard price. - The shipping costs for the loan equipment will be prepaid by both parties. In 2001, we established "Future Cross Communications Co., Ltd." in Shibuya, Tokyo, and changed our company name to "FXC Co., Ltd." in 2003. In 2009, we relocated our headquarters to Taito Ward, and opened a Kansai sales office in 2013 and a Kyushu sales office in 2017. Additionally, our products come with a three-year free warranty upon user registration, ensuring peace of mind for our customers. We have received several awards, including the Jury's Special Award in the "Gadget Category" at the "Interop Tokyo 2016 Best of Show Award" for our product 'LEX1881-1F' and the Grand Prize in the "Optical Transmission Device Category" at the "Interop Tokyo 2021 Best of Show Award" for our product 'LE400T'.
