High-precision and wide-range orientation detection! A radar sensor module that is active in various applications such as safe driving.
The "miRadar 8" is a 24GHz radar sensor module capable of identifying the azimuth of targets. It is suitable for various applications such as safe driving, building security, and social welfare service robots, and is particularly adopted in this radar module. The MIMO (multi input multi output) radar technology enables high-precision and wider-range azimuth detection. By connecting to a PC via USB, it allows for USB power supply and radar signal processing. The miRadar 8-EV/EV2 evaluation kit, which comes with evaluation software, enables quick and easy testing in the field. 【Product Lineup】 ■ H-polarized module (standard) ・ miRadar 8 'B204-01' ■ V-polarized module (custom) ・ miRadar 8 'B204-03C01' *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Sakura Tech has been developing imaging sensors and high-performance microwave/millimeter-wave components using ultra-wideband technology since its founding in October 2008. In particular, we developed a compact and high-performance radar platform (miRadar(R)8) using Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) technology, which has been commercialized as an obstacle monitoring radar. Using the same radar platform, we developed an algorithm capable of simultaneously measuring the vital signs (heart rate, respiration) of multiple individuals, and we have been the first in the world to sell evaluation kits, receiving positive feedback from many manufacturers. Radio wave sensors have become essential in the fields of autonomous driving sensors, security aiming for a safe and secure society, and monitoring the elderly in the IoT society. Moving forward, Sakura Tech will continue to provide and contribute to society with human-friendly, high-performance sensors that utilize radio waves.
