Overview of JIS C 60068-2-30 Test: - JIS C 60068-2-30 is a testing method to determine the suitability of test specimens for use, transport, or storage under conditions where condensation occurs on the surface of components, devices, or other products due to repeated temperature changes in a high humidity environment. - For small or low-volume test specimens, this testing procedure may result in less likelihood of condensation on the surface of the test specimen. There are two types of temperature and humidity cycles: Method 1 and Method 2. The difference between the two testing methods is that the allowable deviation of relative humidity and temperature decrease rate during the temperature drop is larger in Method 2 than in Method 1. Other than that, the testing content is exactly the same.
