Hydraulic motor-driven and electric motor-driven models are available!
The "KS-50 series" is a frame-type crushing machine that generates more reliable crushing force by having both the main and auxiliary shafts rotate at low speeds. The two rotating blades generally rotate at different speeds, except in cases where they are designed to have functions such as dual-purpose retrieval, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the crushing action. Additionally, a fixed comb-shaped scraper is positioned in the outer peripheral area of the two rotating blades, engaging with the rotating blades. Its tip is kept close to the outer circumference of the spacer, preventing clogging and entanglement of the crushed material, thus achieving clean crushing processing. Furthermore, you can choose between electric motor-driven or hydraulic motor-driven models with a push-in feature. 【Features】 ■ Adopts a horizontal dual-axis continuous rotation shearing method ■ Enables continuous and powerful shearing force between the outer edge gaps ■ Reliable crushing force ■ Achieves efficiency in the crushing action ■ Prevents clogging and entanglement of crushed materials, ensuring clean crushing processing *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Company information
About 70 years ago, the founder, Kei Bun Suzuki, saw the "scrap materials" piled up in a corner of a plastic factory and thought, "What a waste. Is there any way to reuse this?" At that time, during the post-war economic recovery period, while plastic products were being continuously produced, a large amount of plastic scrap was being discarded as a matter of course. Amidst this, Suzuki went through trial and error and, after much effort, finally succeeded in developing a unique "shear-type crushing technology." Today, we often hear the terms "environmental issues" and "recycling," but in the 1950s, there were virtually no people interested in "effective resource utilization." Perhaps that is why they were able to focus sincerely and solely on honing their technology. Thus, they created a number of groundbreaking products that contributed widely to industry and society. They continued to improve their technology and ultimately grew into a one-of-a-kind company with top-level technological know-how in the two fields of "crushers" and "shredders," leading the world.
