Detect defects such as foreign substances due to coating, remove only the defective parts, and cut only the good products into sheets.
Using a transmissive defect detection device, we will label defects caused by foreign substances generated from coatings, etc., with red tape and create a defect map. Additionally, we will cut sheets from rolls to flat plates, and a skilled operator will visually inspect for defects such as fish eyes, laminate spots, and patterns that cannot be detected by the defect detection machine. Only the defective parts will be removed, allowing for the finishing of only good products.

We are always proactively engaged in the development of new materials and processing technologies. If you have any new material developments, please feel free to consult with us. Additionally, our company aims to be a one-of-a-kind enterprise. Curl correction slit cut sheet processing We correct curled roll film by applying heat and process it into sheets of the desired size inline. Defect removal We remove only the defective parts detected by sensors and visual inspection from the roll and process them into sheets. Slit cut processing We perform sheet cutting in both the flow direction and width direction with a cutting finish that prevents snagging during picking from roll film (resulting in minimal waste and high dimensional accuracy). We can also perform backing paper application, perforation processing, and powder processing inline. Die cutting We carry out processing using the optimal method according to the material application, including press processing, flat plate punching, and clicker processing. We have equipped ourselves with unique processing machines that are not available from other companies, such as slitting and laminating machines.
