Economical with effortless driving! A dedicated machine for perilla seeds that requires no complicated settings or adjustments!
The "Friction Separator TR Series" is a foreign matter sorting machine specifically designed for perilla seeds. It separates foreign matter using the difference in surface friction characteristics (roughness) between the raw material and the foreign matter, allowing for the removal of foreign substances that could not be eliminated by traditional methods such as wind separation or washing, which required manual sorting. It operates with very low noise and dust, and consumes very little power, making it possible for long hours of unmanned operation, even at night. Additionally, the operation is simple—just load the raw material into the machine and turn on the switch—so even those who are not skilled in machine operation can use it with confidence. We offer four types, including the tabletop model "TR12-5S.SR" and the "TR12-10T.SR," which can accommodate a wide range of perilla seed sizes. 【Features】 ■ Dedicated machine for perilla seeds ■ Safe for those who are not skilled in machine operation ■ Economical with low power consumption ■ Capable of long hours of unmanned operation ■ No complicated settings or adjustments required *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
