The "pH & Buffer Mate 100" is a device that automatically adjusts the reaction solution from sample solutions, acids, bases, and other reactive solutions to a specified pH. It calculates and controls the dispensing of acidic and alkaline solutions based on pH. By using a fine nozzle, it can dispense as little as 20 µL. It is ideal for the pretreatment (neutralization) of analytical samples. With optional software, it can be controlled from a PC, and pH changes can be visualized. It features an easy-to-read 4x20 LCD screen and a user-friendly numeric keypad. It can control up to six liquids, and it also has liquid stabilization and pH maintenance functions, making it suitable for reaction control and as a control device for bioreactors. The wetted parts can be autoclaved and are made of Teflon or PEEK.
