The "GRL Screen" is a centrifugal screening machine that replaces traditional high-mesh sieves, efficiently separating fine residues contained in starch milk. The conical drum, fitted with high-mesh wire, is positioned horizontally and rotates at an appropriate speed, while clean water is sprayed from a washing nozzle onto the inside of the mesh, separating the starch milk and fine residues. Additionally, high-pressure cleaning devices inside and outside the mesh drum allow for cleaning during operation.
