This liquid filling machine can handle the filling of both small cans such as one-dou cans, plastic containers, and pails, as well as drum cans, all with a single unit, achieving space-saving design. It is composed of domestically certified explosion-proof components, making it easy to comply with fire safety regulations. The weighing/measurement can be switched between 300kg/100g and 30kg/10g, allowing for precise filling of both one-dou cans and drum cans. 【Features】 - Compatible with both pressure-resistant explosion-proof and non-explosion-proof specifications. - Utilizes our unique filling nozzle, designed for easy disassembly and cleaning, with excellent liquid drainage. - Standard features include an automatic drip tray to prevent liquid spillage and a mechanism that automatically retracts the nozzle if it collides with the container during descent. *Electrical equipment used in hazardous locations must undergo domestic explosion-proof testing in Japan, even if it has been certified for explosion-proof use overseas, such as IECEx or ATEX. The liquid contact parts can be changed from standard SUS304 to SUS316, SUS316L, or all PTFE. It features a dual-stage input system, allowing for high-precision filling. A long nozzle type is also available, which can accommodate highly foaming liquids with a liquid level tracking system. The structure includes a weighing platform for one-gallon cans placed on top of a drum weighing platform. We offer two types: one that allows for loading and unloading of the weighing stand for one-gallon cans (CB type) and another that enables easy extraction of the weighing platform for one-gallon cans from the main unit (CBF type).
