Our original surface treatment, "Tef-Lock," is a high-performance composite surface treatment technology that combines the high hardness and wear resistance of hard chrome plating with the non-stick and release properties of fluoropolymers known by trademarks such as Teflon. Applying Tef-Lock to screws provides tremendous benefits in preventing resin adhesion and improving maintenance. The heat resistance temperature is approximately 250°C for continuous use. If you feel that a durability of 250°C is concerning due to the product's temperature, please try our "Heat-Resistant Tef-Lock," which has a heat resistance temperature of approximately 300°C to 350°C! We offer samples of Tef-Lock (standard type only) for those interested. Please provide specific details of what you are considering. Additionally, we also conduct test applications on small parts.
