We would like to inform you again that we are developing a multi-tenant logistics facility called "Ayumino Center" with a total floor area of approximately 17,000 square meters (about 5,400 tsubo) in Izumi City, Osaka Prefecture. It is equipped with vertical conveyors and freight elevators, allowing for multi-level usage. Forklifts are available in both reach and counter types, and there are designated low and high floor areas to accommodate diverse logistics needs across industries. Additionally, the interior space is divided into three equal sections per floor, with each section approximately 1,400 square meters, providing flexibility to meet various business floor requirements. The "Ayumino Center" prioritizes the comfort of its workers by improving the working environment through adjustable lighting and ventilation systems in the storage areas, while also featuring a break room on the second floor and adopting OA floors on the first, third, and fifth floors to meet various needs.
