The ventilated rotary dryer consists of a rotating body (such as wire mesh, perforated plates, and louvers) and a hot air and exhaust system. Drying is achieved by uniformly passing hot air through the material layer inside the body, while the gentle incline and rotation of the body stir and mix the materials as they move and dry. By installing hot air systems for each block, it is possible to arbitrarily set the temperature, humidity, and air volume according to the progress of the drying process.
