Total support from the manufacturing and sales of the "Odessa System (granulation and solidification)" for recycling sludge containing water, to obtaining permits and operating the processing business.
The "Odessa System" is a sludge recycling treatment plant that does not require dehydration, drying, or incineration processes. By mixing and stirring special solidifying agents with inorganic sludge (industrial waste) such as construction sludge, it can be granulated and solidified in a short time while still containing water, allowing it to be recycled into civil engineering materials. Moreover, the granulation process of sludge using the Odessa System is very simple, with a modification time of only about 2 to 3 minutes. Furthermore, it can operate not only as a "fixed sludge treatment" where the treatment facility is installed (fixed) at a processing site to which sludge is transported by collection and transportation vehicles, but also as a "mobile sludge treatment" where the Odessa System is brought to the site of sludge generation for on-site modification and recycling. 【Features】 - Compact facility with unit design, easy to install and remove - Automatic control of solidifying agents and automatic recording of treatment results - Full recycling after treatment, exempt from industrial waste tax - No installation permit required for industrial waste treatment facilities *For disposal operators, a permit for "industrial waste disposal business" is required. If the waste generator conducts "self-treatment," neither permit is necessary.

Applications/Examples of results
【Purpose】 Recycling treatment of "inorganic sludge" such as construction sludge. 【Main Achievements】 Sludge treatment generated from various piling works, ground improvement works, ground continuous wall works, shield works, thrust works, high-pressure jet mixing works, column-type retaining wall works, seismic retrofitting works, etc. In addition to the above, sludge generated from turbidity treatment in dam and tunnel construction, sludge generated in crushed stone and ready-mix concrete plants, residuals from water purification plants, and sludge generated in secondary product factories can also be recycled using the Odessa system. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Odessa Technos Co., Ltd. conducts a comprehensive recycling business focused on the "Odessa System (granulation and solidification)" that recycles sludge while retaining its moisture, thereby reducing environmental impact. Leveraging our technological capabilities developed through sludge treatment technology and years of expertise in sludge recycling, we have developed Japan's first heavy metal contaminated soil purification treatment system using a "wet magnetic separator," aimed at completely purifying arsenic contained in naturally occurring contaminated soil to below the standards set by the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act. This new system mixes special iron powder and circulating water with air bubbles in the contaminated soil, allowing for the adsorption, washing, and classification of arsenic (heavy metals) onto the special iron powder. After this process, the wet magnetic separator separates and recovers the special iron powder that has adsorbed arsenic (heavy metals), achieving complete purification. The recovered special iron powder can be reused repeatedly, thus reducing treatment costs and environmental impact.
