The "OH(B)-jG type and OH(B)-JjG type" are gear pumps based on the OH-G type gear pump, equipped with jackets that allow for heating or water cooling on the outer circumference of the stuffing box, making them suitable for transporting high-temperature liquids. To prevent the alteration of the liquid at the gland section and to cool the bearings, water cooling is used; conversely, heating is employed to prevent the liquid from sticking at the gland.
