The "Super Steam Line II Version 2" is a continuous cooking kettle for soy milk production that passes crushed beans through about 5 to 8 vertical kettles. It features three cooking methods that can be switched via channels, and the steam is automatically controlled for easy management. The steam valve can be automatically opened and closed by a proportional control valve, making operation simple. Additionally, an aging pipe can be attached to the back of the kettle as an option for further cooking.
