The adoption of the Fine Coat maintenance system has been confirmed for the vehicles under the jurisdiction of JR East Sendai Branch (E721 series). During an evaluation period of approximately six months, it was observed that while the conventional wax could not maintain the paint film for more than a month, Fine Coat demonstrated no deterioration even after six months, maintaining its gloss, dirt resistance, and anti-slip effects.
