We would like to introduce a case study of the glass-based coating agent "Fine Coat." The management transition to the "Fine Coat Stone Maintenance System" has been completed for the resin terrazzo floor in the Miyazaki Airport terminal building. Previously, polishing management was performed using grinding stones, but the gloss would deteriorate within a month, leading to frequent polishing. After conducting a trial introduction and verification, it was found that after nine months, there was almost no deterioration in gloss, receiving high praise and resulting in its adoption. In addition to reducing labor costs associated with polishing and the purchase costs of grinding stones, we have been evaluated for achieving approximately 20% cost reduction compared to the previous year through simplification of daily management. During an evaluation period of approximately six months, it was observed that while the conventional wax could not maintain the paint film for more than a month, Fine Coat demonstrated no deterioration even after six months, maintaining its gloss, dirt resistance, and anti-slip effects. The "Fine Coat Maintenance System (FCMS)" is a floor maintenance system that uses the ceramic-based floor coating agent "Fine Coat."
