Nexus 2 is a fully automatic control glove box system based on high performance and ease of use. ■ Glove Box Section Utilizing VAC's years of expertise in design and a sufficiently large capacity for the purification agent along with a high-performance blower, it achieves an oxygen and moisture concentration of less than 1 ppm inside the glove box. Additionally, all equipment is designed to be cooling-free, and the adsorption of oxygen and moisture is achieved through a room temperature reaction, eliminating the need for chillers or cooling water. ■ Unified Management of the System with NEXUS2-PLC Control - Fully automatic pressure control inside the glove box - Auto time purge - Smart purge Automatically purges the glove box until it reaches the desired oxygen concentration, in conjunction with an oxygen concentration meter. - Safe purge If the oxygen concentration inside the glove box exceeds the set value, it will initiate a fully automatic purge until the set value is reached. ■ Fully Automatic Regeneration of the Purification Agent Column ■ The anti-chamber (pass box) section and the entire process from vacuuming with a small anti-chamber to refilling can be performed fully automatically. ■ Enhanced Safety Features * For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
