1. Equipped with next-generation cartridge-type gas purification device [patented technology] 2. It has the ability to maintain oxygen concentration and moisture concentration below 1 ppm. 3. Centralized management of the system with NEXGEN-PLC control ● Fully automatic pressure control inside the glove box ● Auto time purge Set the purge time as needed for complete automatic purging inside the glove box ● Smart purge Automatically purges the glove box until reaching the desired oxygen concentration, in conjunction with the oxygen concentration meter ● Safe purge If the oxygen concentration inside the glove box exceeds the set value, it will start a complete automatic purge until the set value is reached 4. Independent control of oxygen removal and moisture removal The oxygen removal purification device and the moisture removal purification device are installed independently. Oxygen removal and moisture removal can be independently controlled as needed. It continuously calculates the optimal flow rate to maintain the set concentration in conjunction with the oxygen concentration meter and moisture concentration meter for automatic operation. 5.
