■Gas Circulation Purification Device Section By incorporating the purification device into the upper part of the glove box, various devices (such as deposition devices, electric furnaces, cooling and heating work containers, and various storage containers) can be connected, combined, and installed at the bottom of the glove box. With a sufficiently sized purification agent and a high-performance blower, the concentration of oxygen and moisture inside the glove box is maintained below 1 ppm. Additionally, all equipment is designed to require no cooling, and the adsorption of oxygen and moisture is achieved through room temperature reactions, eliminating the need for chillers or cooling water. ■Fully Automatic Pressure Control Inside the Glove Box The pressure inside the glove box is automatically controlled within a user-defined pressure range, with both the set value and the measured value displayed on the screen. ■Fully Automatic Regeneration of Purification Agent Column The saturated purification agent column is regenerated automatically. The regeneration program can be set to one of two types: the "Standard Regeneration Cycle" and the "Special Process Regeneration Cycle for Organic Solvent Removal." ■Various Safety Features In the event of abnormal internal pressure, various safety features are equipped, including automatic closure of each valve, automatic shutdown of the vacuum pump, detection of incomplete valve opening, blower overheating prevention, and detection of incomplete valve closure, among others.
