The biofilter is a core component of the optical path system, suitable for biochemical analysis devices and microplate readers. Its optical characteristics determine the accuracy and sensitivity of equipment inspections. Through the development of six generations of products, a series of five sizes, over 50 wavelengths, and 200 types of specifications have been developed. Thanks to its unique deep cuts, rectangular waveforms, and ultra-high signal-to-noise ratio design, it achieves the best measurement accuracy, linearity, and consistency of measurement results. The product performance reaches a maximum absorbance test of over 4 ABS, achieving an internationally advanced level. Our biofilters are designed for bio-instrument optical path systems and include standard biofilters, energy-matching biofilters, and multiple spectral biofilters. Manufactured using Ion-Assisted Deposition (PIAD) and Ion Beam Assisted Deposition (IAD), they feature stable spectral performance and long lifespan. Various structures can be designed, and many matching types and background closures with an OD of over 6 contribute to a good signal-to-noise ratio in the system. The majority of filters are implemented within a black anodized aluminum shell, with markings displayed on the outer shell and arrows indicating the transmission direction inside the optical filter.
