It can process 3,600 pieces per hour at high speed, measuring the fish body in three dimensions with a CCD camera, instantly analyzing the data, and performing continuous cutting. Even if the shapes differ, neatly cut pieces are produced. Operation is simple with a touch panel. The main body is made of stainless steel, which can be washed with water, allowing for cleanliness.
