The LPKF StencilLaser E 6080 is the successor to the proven G 6080 platform and delivers the same outstanding performance and quality at a significantlyimproved cost point. The machine combines more than two decades of laser technology expertise with the latest advances in control and drive technology as well as ultra‑precision machining tools. With its high process stability, low maintenance requirements, andefficient material utilization, the system significantlyenhances cost efficiency in production and is designed for same‑day delivery of SMD stencils. In addition to the MicroCut6080, which specializes in small hole processing with a minimum incident diameter of 18um (output 10um), we offer the PowerCut6080, capable of precision processing parts up to a maximum thickness of 4mm, as well as processing non-stainless materials such as copper and aluminum, contributing to the development of our customers.
