Insulation enhanced with a 99% installation rate of insulation materials! A plywood system that can be installed after the floor framing.
Tsuka Kanamono's "SFP Plywood Reinforced Floor Panel System" has extremely few areas that become bridges due to the absence of girders, and the floor structure is completely covered with insulation material except for the support areas. Since there is no on-site processing, issues such as gaps in the insulation material and the generation of offcuts and surplus materials are resolved, allowing for smooth installation and processing. The SFP floor framing is flatter on the underside compared to conventional systems, improving ventilation and reducing the likelihood of condensation. Additionally, the increased height of the underfloor space makes maintenance easier. 【Features】 ■ Insulation material coverage rate of 99% ■ Obtained Better Living certification ■ Post-installation work on the floor framing is possible ■ Floor level can be adjusted freely *For more details, please refer to the catalog. Our company has developed a "steel support" that replaces the traditional "tsuka-ki," which supports the first-floor framing of detached houses, incorporating adjustment functions and excellent durability. We have aimed for its widespread adoption under the name "Replacing Tsuka-ki with Kanamono," directly challenging the market. During the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, its functionality was proven, and we received high praise from major housing manufacturers. Recently, alongside the spread of precutting in traditional construction methods by major and mid-sized builders, we have engaged in healthy competition with other companies in the same industry, leading to a shift from the conventional 100% "tsuka-ki" to the superior strength and convenience of "steel supports." The "steel support" has reached an environment where it can be individually performance-rated, and we have obtained performance certification as the first of its kind. Additionally, as part of our new challenges, we are transitioning from "wooden beams" to "steel beams," and from wooden joists and plywood flooring to "floor panels" that incorporate insulation. We are developing a "floor base system" that allows for quick and easy installation by combining these steel beams and floor panels. Furthermore, we are working on a "seismic frame" designed to prevent the collapse of buildings and mitigate impacts during earthquakes, which eliminates the need for braces and hold-down hardware.
