Excellent durability and corrosion resistance! Outstanding usability! Steel supports for Tsuka and Kanamono.
The "Steel Pile" from Tsuka Kanamono is a steel pile that combines excellent durability and corrosion resistance with stable mechanical properties (compression and tensile loads). It employs a "hot-dip galvanizing" treatment technology that creates an alloy layer formed by the reaction of iron and zinc, with a zinc layer formed on top of it. By eliminating areas without galvanization in the main structural components, corrosion resistance is significantly improved. Additionally, the size of the bush seating surface is larger than that of the spring washer and nut, enhancing the anti-loosening function and simplifying the tightening process. 【Features】 ■ Excellent corrosion resistance and durability ■ Improved anti-loosening function and simplified tightening work ■ Flexible response to required height *For more details, please refer to the catalog. Our company has developed a "steel support" that replaces the traditional "tsuka-ki," which supports the first-floor framing of detached houses, incorporating adjustment functions and excellent durability. We have aimed for its widespread adoption under the name "Replacing Tsuka-ki with Kanamono," directly challenging the market. During the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, its functionality was proven, and we received high praise from major housing manufacturers. Recently, alongside the spread of precutting in traditional construction methods by major and mid-sized builders, we have engaged in healthy competition with other companies in the same industry, leading to a shift from the conventional 100% "tsuka-ki" to the superior strength and convenience of "steel supports." The "steel support" has reached an environment where it can be individually performance-rated, and we have obtained performance certification as the first of its kind. Additionally, as part of our new challenges, we are transitioning from "wooden beams" to "steel beams," and from wooden joists and plywood flooring to "floor panels" that incorporate insulation. We are developing a "floor base system" that allows for quick and easy installation by combining these steel beams and floor panels. Furthermore, we are working on a "seismic frame" designed to prevent the collapse of buildings and mitigate impacts during earthquakes, which eliminates the need for braces and hold-down hardware.
