basic information
**Product Features** ■ 2-Platen Toggle-less Die Casting Machine - Compared to conventional 3-platen toggle machines, it is 15-20% shorter in overall length and has high rigidity. - The unique hydraulic clamping system from Bühler corrects mold parallelism, reducing flash and minimizing defects and mold issues. ■ Mature Injection Unit - Injection conditions can be freely set. Up to 20 points can be set for each position/velocity control stage and time/pressure control stage. - The machine's system pressure is high at 210 bar (21 MPa), allowing for a smaller plunger diameter, achieving quick acceleration and deceleration. - The injection position can be adjusted continuously. ■ dat@net Control System - The unique injection analysis technology from Bühler controls the machine for each injection. - Intuitive operation through a touch panel integrated control. - Detailed setting and management of injection conditions. - Equipped with a self-diagnosis function. In case of machine trouble, the machine detects the fault location and displays the response method. ■ Integration with Unique Vacuum System "SmarVac" - Capable of vacuuming one sleeve system, one ejector system, and up to four mold systems, for a total of up to six systems. - The system is fully integrated into the die casting machine, allowing settings and management from the machine's operation panel.
