● Speed Range Free You can set all speeds from 1pps to 8Mpps in 1pps increments. Additionally, since there is no speed multiplication setting, the output drive pulse can be set directly as the speed parameter. ● Eight-Stage Pre-buffer Register for Continuous Interpolation To support high-speed continuous interpolation drives, it is equipped with an eight-stage pre-buffer register that stores endpoint data for each segment. Even if there are short segments like Seg3 shown in the diagram at the bottom center, continuous interpolation can be performed as long as the average movement time of the eight segments, including Seg3, is longer than the dataset time for the next segment position data. ● Diverse Interpolation Functions In addition to conventional 2-axis/3-axis linear interpolation, CW/CCW arc interpolation, and 2-axis/3-axis/4-axis bit pattern interpolation (interpolation based on bit data from the CPU), CW/CCW helical interpolation can also be performed.
