This is a two-axis spray device specifically designed for Bühler's Ecoline S and Ecoline S Pro die casting machines. 【Product Features】 - Achieves optimized spraying for various products with four spray circuits and two independent high-pressure injection circuits. - Reduces cycle time with high-speed servo drive technology. - Operates in conjunction with the die casting machine. - Operation diagnostics can be performed via the control system of the die casting machine. - Basic settings can be configured from the operation panel of the Bühler die casting machine, reducing the overall setup time for the die casting cell. - The core spray program can be set and synchronized directly from the operation panel of the die casting machine. These settings can be saved as part of the die casting machine's mold program. - Utilizes the latest spray technology to finely atomize release agents. - Spray tools can be configured and expanded individually. - One spray tool is included as standard. - Custom mixing and tank units are available for customers.
