A wide range of products from ultra-low temperatures to high temperatures! New materials that cover thermal expansion characteristics.
In various advanced fields ranging from optical devices and electrical components to ultra-precision machine tools and semiconductor-related device parts, overcoming thermal displacement of the materials used, which is a factor in precision errors, has become a bottleneck for achieving high precision. At Nippon Casting, we focused on the thermal expansion characteristics of inverter-type alloys and successfully developed the 'LEX series' by balancing the conflicting properties of low thermal expansion with castability and machinability through unique chemical compositions and advanced heat treatment. In response to diversified precision requirements, we offer a wide range of materials that cover a broad spectrum of thermal expansion characteristics. This has earned us high acclaim not only in the ultra-precision equipment sector but also in various fields, including CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) molds primarily for aircraft, vacuum pump parts, and laser equipment components. 【Main Products】 ■ Flat plates for ultra-precision grinding machines ■ CFRP molds for semiconductor manufacturing equipment ■ Frames for laser measuring instruments ■ XY stages *For more details, please refer to our catalog or feel free to contact us.
