The wastewater recycling device, Waconer SP, is a wastewater treatment system that uses ion exchange resins. It employs a tower filled with both cation exchange resin, which exchanges positively charged ions with H+, and anion exchange resin, which exchanges negatively charged ions with OH-. Taking a dilute saltwater solution (NaCl) as an example, the following occurs: 1. Na+ is replaced by H+ in the cation exchange resin. 2. Cl- is replaced by OH- in the anion exchange resin. 3. The treated water, consisting of H+ and OH-, becomes H2O (pure water). Utilizing this principle, it is widely used for closed-loop systems in metal surface treatment wastewater without chemicals, sludge generation, or wastewater discharge.
