**What is a Plate Fin Cooler?** A coil element with thin metal plates pressed onto heat transfer tubes. U-tubes and tube bundles are attached through welding processes to heat transfer tubes, and housed within a duct-type casing made of steel plates, creating water channels or water chambers.
