Additionally, the machine structure has been completely renewed to achieve high rigidity. ■High Productivity Thanks to Brother's unique technologies, such as high-speed tool changes and simultaneous motion control that positions each axis while changing tools, high productivity is achieved. ■High Reliability By designing the XY telescopic cover in a zigzag shape to facilitate chip flow and installing two chip shower pumps to double the flow rate, the chip discharge capability has been significantly improved. *This product complies with changes in government ordinances (export regulations/foreign exchange regulations). The only difference from the S1000X1 is compliance with government ordinances; there are no other functional changes.

■Cutting Capability■ (High Rigidity Structure) The core components such as the base, column, and table are specially designed through numerical analysis to ensure high rigidity. 《Column》 High rigidity is achieved by reviewing the rib structure and widening the column in accordance with the increased Y-axis movement. 《Table》 A high rigidity table that accommodates large jigs is adopted with an expanded guide span and a structure that suppresses deflection across the entire table area. 《Base》 High rigidity is achieved by reviewing the rib structure and expanding the space between the base plates.
