The "KUD-152 Mk-II" is a linear feedthrough that has undergone electrolytic polishing treatment inside the main body, making it usable in ultra-high vacuum environments. It allows for an effective inner diameter of φ108mm, enabling efficient use of internal space. A φ125mm handle is provided, and by reducing the rotational torque with gears, vertical operations can be performed easily. It is also possible to adjust the transport line by combining it with other rotary feedthroughs. 【Features】 - Positioning can be achieved to 0.1mm using the memory scale on the side. - Additional motor drive units allow for even more precise positioning. - The drive method is a bellows type, allowing for baking up to 200°C. - Ribs are provided on the back plate to reduce deflection between flanges.
