The YKF-612 is a direct oil-type, high-efficiency tube heater fryer. Temperature control of the oil is achieved through proportional control (PID), which allows for energy-saving operation without unnecessary electricity usage, resulting in improved stability of oil temperature (within a set temperature difference of 1°C). Additionally, the elimination of the exhaust duct means that exhaust gas treatment is unnecessary, which is considerate of the global environment.
