Increased work efficiency! A nozzle that withstands long-term use without spatter adhesion.
The "Ceramic Coat Nozzle" is a nozzle specifically designed for carbon dioxide welding, made from a thermally conductive aluminum alloy. It has excellent heat dissipation, keeping the nozzle at a relatively low temperature, and the electrical insulation properties of the coating insulate the return ions from the welding process, preventing temperature rise and avoiding the adhesion of spatter. Additionally, the spatter prevention agent impregnated in the coating prevents spatter from adhering. 【Features】 ■ Since spatter does not adhere, it withstands long-term use. ■ Cleaning can be done a few times a day simply by wiping with a cloth or nylon brush. ■ It can also be automatically cleaned with air.
