The "Super Clean Mate Series" is a filtration device that enables the purification of oils, from hydraulic oil to cutting oil, both online and offline. When hydraulic oil and cutting oil are used for extended periods, foreign substances and water can mix in, leading to oxidation. Continuing to use the oil in this state can cause problems, resulting in equipment failures and damage. This product purifies hydraulic oil while removing both foreign substances and water, maintaining a condition equivalent to new oil at all times. The filter uses a special non-woven fabric that has the same adsorption properties, strength, and water absorption as Mino washi (traditional Japanese paper). It removes ultra-fine contaminants and carbon, which conventional filtration devices find difficult, purifying to NAS grade 7. Compared to replacing with new oil, it reduces costs to about 1/5 to 1/10 of the expense.
