basic information
**On Setting Goals for Regional Housing and Utilizing Housing History Information** The Saitama Prefecture Housing Development Council has mandated that in response to recent challenges such as climate change, including guerrilla rainstorms in the Kanto region, as well as issues related to declining birth rates, an aging population, and child-rearing support, housing that meets low-carbon certification conditions must have a seismic resistance grade of 2 or higher and a deterioration grade of 3 or higher. Additionally, participation in the "Saitama Prefecture Child-Rearing Support Housing System" and the "Housing Crime Prevention Advisor System" is required. Future housing must be viewed from a long-term perspective, with the understanding that it will eventually become stock (used) and be passed on to the distribution market. For the asset value of housing to be evaluated over the long term (as long-term excellent housing), it is essential to organize the construction history of wooden houses that excel in energy-saving performance and durability as housing history information. Furthermore, it has become necessary to incorporate a "visualization" of construction that allows for a correlation between construction locations and construction photos, making the details of performance improvements clearly understandable. Against this backdrop, the Kobaton House Group of the council is utilizing A.S.D.'s "Visual Record" in promoting the regional housing greening project.
