Carefully analyze even the slightest changes! Case study on measures against coil insert deformation.
The heart of the stepping motor, the coil, was deformed due to the injection pressure, starting from a point where it was almost defective. We tried to maintain the molding conditions with the lowest possible injection pressure and keep the mold temperature as high as possible to stop the deformation, but it did not go well. While we were experimenting, we made a significant mistake in one process and continued molding without realizing it. However, that mistake resulted in a good product and became a new method of handling.
