【Business Description】 ■INTENDD - A method for exploring compound binding sites using 3D models (3D prints) that emphasize shape complementarity, devised, implemented, and accumulated by our advisor, Dr. Yuji Matsuzaki, who is a pioneer in this field. - A unique compound design technology based on a proprietary algorithm that emphasizes shape complementarity (SBSG method: Structure Based Scaffold Generation). ■Helix-loop-helix structural regulatory peptides - To complete the foundation of drug discovery molecules, two peptides with helical structures are connected by two loops, allowing for the free arrangement of amino acids in a helix-loop-helix structure, enabling the creation of a new type of peptide that strongly binds to target molecules. - Achieves high stability in vivo, which has been a challenge in peptide drug discovery, allowing for unprecedented types of peptide drug development. - Adaptable to target molecules both inside and outside cells, with no need for structural information of the target molecules.
