[Grinding Case Studies] Consistent support for inner diameter, outer diameter, and flat grinding!
The washer shape achieves low cost through simultaneous processing of multiple pieces! *A collection of grinding case studies is currently available for free.
KONISHI Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is capable of performing consistent grinding processes for inner diameter grinding, outer diameter grinding, and surface grinding. We possess various types of grinding machines for each grinding process, allowing us to propose the optimal equipment according to the precision and cost requirements of our customers. 1. Inner Diameter Grinding Process - For washer-shaped items, we process multiple pieces simultaneously instead of one at a time, achieving low costs. - If product perpendicularity and coaxiality precision are required, we can accommodate this by processing based on the end face and outer diameter. 2. End Face Grinding (Width Grinding) - We have Gardner double-sided grinding machines for ring and washer shapes, enabling mass production processing. - For grinding on one side only, we can handle mass production with rotary grinding machines. - If high precision in dimensions and flatness is required, we can accommodate this with double-sided surface honing machines. 3. Outer Diameter Grinding Process - Even for thin ring shapes, we can handle them with centerless grinding machines (through type), achieving low costs. *For more details, please download our catalog or feel free to contact us.

KONISHI Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has been providing products to the world market with ball bearings under the trademark name "MRK." "Precision machining" and "mass production" are fundamental concepts for the manufacturing industry, yet they are being reexamined in light of the harsh realities that constantly demand speed and cost reduction. In the midst of changing values and diversifying needs, how we can enhance customer satisfaction and trust is a significant challenge and driving force for us. We believe that thorough quality control, improvements in work efficiency, a flexible system that introduces new information and technologies as needed, and above all, a customer-centric mindset will lead to new possibilities. We are actively working on "small lots" and "short delivery times," focusing on building a system that meets current needs and turning customer proposals into reality.
