Since its production began in 2017, there have been users in Japan who have adopted it, but with the launch of the new model "EQC20," we will cease production to integrate into the new model. We will continue to provide service parts and spare parts for existing tool changers, but we kindly ask you to consider the new model EQC20 for future adoption. - Product Name: Electric Tool Changer: EQC75 and dedicated accessories - Transition Period: As of the end of June, production will end with the remaining stock at the Italian factory. - Replacement Model: EQC20 (20kg payload electric tool changer) 1. At the booth of 【Toyota L&F】, which is exhibiting at the "Logistics Exhibition" running until tomorrow, you can see a demonstration of picking using our tool changer and electric gripper. A collaborative robot being developed by Mitsubishi Electric is mounted on an AGV, and our tool changer is used in its hand section. The airless tool changer eliminates the need for a compressor on the AGV, making it easy to configure in combination with the AGV. Additionally, our gripper MPLM1630 and Schmalz's "Cobot Pump" are used on the tool side, allowing for a configuration that does not require air piping and facilitates easy access to return boxes. The manual tool changer: KIT-UR-QC. We have customized our tool changer, which has long been provided for many hand setups including injection molding machines, to meet the specifications of Universal Robots. It features a connector that allows sensors and solenoid valves to be driven via an M8 connector in the listing section, and it can also shut off air when removing the tool plate, enabling one-touch setup changes. Additionally, the tool plate side can accommodate our electric gripper unit "KIT-UR-G" and vacuum ejector unit "KIT-UR-V."
