The PDS-D series dry air specification engine compressor supplies ultra-dry air energy with low humidity. It is compactly equipped with various devices such as an aftercooler that cools compressed air, an auto-drain that automatically discharges accumulated water externally, and an afterwarmer that raises the temperature of compressed air, providing ultra-dry service air at an ambient temperature of +40°C.

1. Compressed air that has had oil removed by the oil separator is sufficiently cooled by the aftercooler. 2. When the compressed air is cooled, the saturated water vapor in the compressed air (water vapor that cannot be dissolved in the compressed air) condenses into water droplets and accumulates in the drain tank. 3. The water that accumulates in the drain tank is automatically released to the outside through an auto-drain located at the bottom. 4. The compressed air, now free of water, is heated by an afterwarmer that reuses engine coolant, significantly reducing humidity and transforming it into ultra-dry air. 5. By switching the dry air temperature changeover valve, low-temperature dry air can also be used. 6. When dry air is not needed, it can be used as a regular compressor simply by switching the dehumidification changeover valve.
