Human efficacy verification test for atopic dermatitis using LPS material blended cosmetics!
This document is a research report investigating the effects of a moisturizing cream containing glycosphingolipids (LPS) on atopic dermatitis symptoms, which were observed symmetrically on both sides of the body in four individuals who were not using any medications such as steroids. For four weeks, one side was treated with the moisturizing cream containing LPS, while the other side received a placebo cream, applied twice daily, with the cooperation of a dermatologist. The study was conducted in a double-blind manner, and the changes in the EASI score were monitored. The results of the study indicated that glycosphingolipids (LPS), when combined with a high-quality moisturizing base, could be expected to improve allergic skin irritation. Our company is the only one in the world that sells LPS, which activates natural immunity, as a food and cosmetic ingredient. The main cells responsible for "natural immunity" are macrophages. The proper functioning of these macrophages is effective in preventing health issues, including viruses, and in recovering from such issues. For example, while antibodies are produced by "acquired immunity," it is said to take several days for them to develop. During the time that acquired immunity is producing antibodies, "natural immunity" is at work. For natural immunity, there is no distinction between new and old types. In other words, individuals with active natural immunity recover more quickly even if they are infected with a new virus.
