We will introduce a machining example using the chamfering machine from Koshiyama. Since it is required to rotate more smoothly than a spur gear, the chamfering and deburring processes significantly affect its performance. Due to the twisted tooth profile, large burrs that occur on the acute angle side are addressed with a large burr unit.
