1. Constant Temperature Temperature plays an important role in aging wine. The optimal temperature is considered to be between 10°C and 14°C. The stable cooling function of the compressor maintains the interior at the ideal temperature for wine aging. Additionally, the temperature inside the wine cellar can be easily checked on the temperature display panel of the main unit. 2. Humidity To prevent the cork from drying out, a wine cellar also needs a function to maintain humidity. Water in the tray at the bottom of the wine cellar evaporates, keeping the interior at a suitable humidity level for wine storage. 3. Air Circulation Inside the Unit To keep the temperature and humidity inside the wine cellar constant, it is necessary to circulate the air within. A fan installed at the back of the unit forces air circulation, ensuring a stable environment. (The V120SP model does not have a fan and relies on natural circulation.) 4. Vibration Prevention Measures Wooden shelves are used to prevent vibrations from the compressor during operation from being transmitted to the wine. This allows the wine to age quietly without interference from vibrations. 5. UV Protection Light and ultraviolet rays negatively affect the oxidation of wine and its tannins. A sturdy door protects the wine from harmful light and UV rays.
