The device can simultaneously process the end flaring, hemming bending, and roll forming of cylinders. The flaring processing section uses a servo press machine. In the conventional method, which involves expanding a core for shaping, it was easy to create processing marks on the inner surface of the cylindrical part. However, our equipment does not produce any processing marks. The device that simultaneously performs end flaring, hemming bending, and roll forming of cylinders has significantly improved productivity. Customer request. Due to being manufactured using the expand method (a method of expanding from the inside), it resulted in a distorted cylinder. We changed the processing method to squeeze the top and bottom of the cylinder, allowing for the formation of a clean cylinder. Reason for choosing our company.
